Integration & Security Installation Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Integration & Security Installation Technician to join our fast-growing team. This role involves working on a variety of projects, from structured cabling to audio-video installations, HD video surveillance, access control, and intrusion alarms for both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service structured cabling, audio-video systems, HD video surveillance, access control, and intrusion alarms
• Collaborate with a team to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and effective communication throughout projects
• Maintain accurate and organized paperwork
• Contribute to improvements in a collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in structured cabling, HD video, access control, intrusion alarms, and audio-video installations
• Preferred experience in home automation installation or programming
• Preferred experience with ULC Fire Alarm & IP Routing/configuration
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50lbs and work at heights
• Fluency in English with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• High School Diploma and TQ Certificate required
• Integration, Install/Programming/Knowledge (asset)
• FSR (asset)
• Criminal Record Check and Driver’s Abstract
